This tutorial goes through the creation of a female character. Zack starts with a low resolution box mesh, adds gesture and rhythm to the character and then takes the design through to final detailing. The lesson takes place in ZBrush 3.0 showcasing a unique approach to developing surface, reading three dimensional form, and establishing relationships between muscle groups.

The Making of Rambouillet
Starting from a low resolution box mesh, Zack begins to flesh out the design sculpt of Rambouillet, a character from “Attaboy” – his sculpted novel series. Stressing rhythm, proportion and gesture, Zack works through a variety of options to find which one best accentuates the character’s personality. Zack also addresses underlying forms and foundation techniques for developing secondary skin fold details.

The Form of Anatomy Series
Join _ZackPetroc for an advanced anatomy lecture that illustrates how each major muscle group contributes to the overall rhythm and gesture of the figure. He also outlines techniques for reading the form through silhouette and highlights the origin and insertion points of all the major muscle groups; a key element in mastering anatomy.

Digital Sculpting: The Human Anatomy

Krav Maga: First Strike
This DVD contains the basic techniques of Krav maga system. The techniques include attacks with hands (mostly punches with closed fist, but also hammer punches), elbows, knees and feet. There are some counterattacks and defences also included. At the beginning of the film they talk about angles of attack, target areas and stance & movement. As a DVD extra, they present focus mitt combinations to utilize in your training (they mention that they will produce an entire film on the subject in the future).

Krav Maga: The Best Defense
This DVD presents several techniques for defending agains unarmed attack. The punch defences are covered in Basic combatives film, and in this film they present defences against several different chokes, headlocks and bearhugs. The DVD includes two bonus techniques that are not presented in the VHS version. The film opens with almost 15 minute long discussion about the basic principles of Krav maga system (system that relies on instinctive responses to an attack, the demand for realistic training and so on).

Krav Maga: On the Edge
This film concentrates on defending against knife attacks. They mention that in the future they will produce more tapes on the subject, so this is only a beginning. The film starts with 9 minutes long introduction to knife attacks, that includes the most common ways your attacker will use the knife, several different ways to hold a knife, and so on. The DVD includes over a dozen techniques on defending against different knife attacks. There are two extra techniques on the DVD that are not found on VHS version of the film.

Krav Maga: Line of Fire
mention that they are producing more films in the future that include also defences against long gun threats. As in the previous films, this film starts with 15 minute long introduction, in which they tell principles of gun disarming techniques, give very brief instruction on differences between pistol and revolver, and give some advise on safe practise with firearms.

1. Extract the archive to a different location than your USB drive (e.g. desktop)

3.a Insert the USB drive into (any) computer [without any hubs!], (re)start it and press F8, F9, F11, F12, option or another key depending on your hardware. A menu should appear, choose your USB drive from it. You can also change the boot device order in the bios[press ctrl + s, F2, F10 etc.]. Read the motherboard manual or google it. (This method works on computers that can boot from USB.)

3.b Burn the bootloader to an empty CD [run "burn bootloader.bat"], insert the CDand the USB drive to (any) computer, (re)start it and choose “USB” from the menu. (This method will work on almost any computer.)

FOR MAC

3.c Install the included rEFIt bootloader on your Mac, insert the drive and reboot.

Windows 7 Ultimate supports ANY language! In order to change it to your native language go to start, type update and press “windows update”. Then click “check for updates”, select the languages you want to install and wait. [I don't recommend installing any other updates as it may destroy the crack] Finally set the language by going to start – control panel – clock language and region – change display language. Enjoy using your portable windows in your native language! [Don't forget to install your network and display drivers first!]

If your drive is bigger than 8GB you may want to increase the size of the virtual system drive of your new Windows in order to gain more disk space:
1) browse to your USB drive and move the 7USBEditionByiMortaluz.vhd somewhere else (e.g. desktop)

In this DVD the auth and speaker shares his thoughts about the fact that there truly is a spiritual solution to every problem that you many encounter in life. Wayne says to break it down into three different key wds to have it make sense: Problem. Spiritual. Solution.
Mr. Wayne uses some examples from real life people such as Mother Teresa and even nursery rhymes to show the listener that if they simply change their perception you can find a way to allow your spirituality to help you deal with the problems that you encounter in your day-to-day life. In addition there is a bonus ption of the DVD that covers the way that positive and negative energies affect our thoughts. This is a great DVD that could move a great many people to change their perception and then change their life f the better.

On one page you'll find straightfward advice like "If you are honest and frank people may cheat you. Be honest and frank anyway." In the next section you'll find a long explanation of the imptance of finding "the potential to keep your field of energy uncontaminated." Some may find this disconcerting yet it also allows careful readers to search out the particular sty method that wks f them. Anecdotes from addicts parents whose children have died and hospital patients are strewn throughout the book as are references to Dyer's previous wks and lengthy passages from other spiritual auths. In every case these sties showcase the power of positive thinking and using those positive thoughts to manifest positive change. Although this attempt at changing the wld one thought at a time is not vastly different in tone message from Dyer's previous wks his fans will nevertheless appreciate it. --Jill Lightner
