Krav Maga: First Strike
This DVD contains the basic techniques of Krav maga system. The techniques include attacks with hands (mostly punches with closed fist, but also hammer punches), elbows, knees and feet. There are some counterattacks and defences also included. At the beginning of the film they talk about angles of attack, target areas and stance & movement. As a DVD extra, they present focus mitt combinations to utilize in your training (they mention that they will produce an entire film on the subject in the future).
Krav Maga: The Best Defense
This DVD presents several techniques for defending agains unarmed attack. The punch defences are covered in Basic combatives film, and in this film they present defences against several different chokes, headlocks and bearhugs. The DVD includes two bonus techniques that are not presented in the VHS version. The film opens with almost 15 minute long discussion about the basic principles of Krav maga system (system that relies on instinctive responses to an attack, the demand for realistic training and so on).
Krav Maga: On the Edge
This film concentrates on defending against knife attacks. They mention that in the future they will produce more tapes on the subject, so this is only a beginning. The film starts with 9 minutes long introduction to knife attacks, that includes the most common ways your attacker will use the knife, several different ways to hold a knife, and so on. The DVD includes over a dozen techniques on defending against different knife attacks. There are two extra techniques on the DVD that are not found on VHS version of the film.
Krav Maga: Line of Fire
mention that they are producing more films in the future that include also defences against long gun threats. As in the previous films, this film starts with 15 minute long introduction, in which they tell principles of gun disarming techniques, give very brief instruction on differences between pistol and revolver, and give some advise on safe practise with firearms.
